Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson has hinted at unhappiness with the Houston organization. Jay Biggerstaff-USA TODAY Sports

Who has best odds to be Patriots quarterback for 2021 season?

The New England Patriots offense may struggle in 2020 following Tom Brady's departure to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

nb游戏平台While Bill Belichick is expected to rely on second-year quarterback Jarrett Stidham come September (or whenever the season begins), New England is expected to be very active in the QB market after the 2020 season.

, here's who has the best odds to become New England's starter in 2021:

  • Jarrett Stidham +350
  • Deshaun Watson +450
  • Trevor Lawrence +500
  • Kyle Trask +700
  • Dak Prescott +900
  • Jacoby Brissett +1100
  • Andy Dalton, Cam Newton, Derek Carr, Matt Stafford, Taysom Hill +1200
  • Aaron Rodgers +5000
  • Patrick Mahomes +10000

nb游戏平台Stidham having the best odds makes sense considering the Patriots will allow him to develop his craft in 2020, but they'll obviously look at veterans and draftees when the time comes.

Watson at No. 2 on the list isn't necessarily wild either. The Texans quarterback liked the tweet below following about potentially moving on from Houston.

nb游戏平台Finally, Trevor Lawrence at No. 3 would be possible only if New England somehow manages a decently high draft pick in 2021. Lawrence is expected to go as high as first overall in the 2021 NFL Draft, so the Patriots would probably have to trade up to get him.

Whatever happens, the Patriots will have to figure it out relatively fast if they want to maintain the success they had during the Belichick-Brady era.
